I agree with Kenny on Voalte's value proposition. Voice, Alarm and Texting are MANY and Multiple means to contact the appropriate Care Providers and in an emergency, its value is priceless!
Not to mention all of the "gained time" from "lost poductivity"! As a care receiver (patient) I would like to know that I am getting "Better than good enough" service, wouldn't you? I mean at least in the future, when we all will be patients one day.
Cheers

Matt, good to know about PerfectServe, but while you seem to be addressing the "how to most efficiently contact the physician" issue, what you are doing seems more complementary to the Voalte, then an alternative. Voalte does voice, but what is core to their value proposition is messaging.

if you like voalte, check out perfectserve. can do all of what you are writing about today and is device and carrier agnostic. also has thousands of physicians on their platform. new website coming soon, but you can glean some info off of current site. www.perfectserve.com
