TPC Healthcare Becomes Standalone Business

TPC Healthcare today announced it reached an agreement with TPC Associates to become a standalone business under the leadership of Kenny Schiff, former Vice President and Chief Technology officer of TPC Associates.
For over 70 years, Milford, Connecticut-based TPC Associates has delivered quality communication, life safety, security and other specialty solutions to hospitals, schools, businesses and institutions throughout New England and the New York metropolitan area. Building off TPC’s market-leading reputation in healthcare over the past four years, TPC Healthcare has evolved into a successful specialty division focused on wireless voice, workflow/middleware messaging applications and managed support services to hospital customers in New England and the Mid-Atlantic region.

Under the terms of the deal, TPC Healthcare, headquartered in Stratford, Connecticut, will continue to go to market under the TPC Healthcare brand. In addition, both companies have agreed to co-market each other’s products and services.
